Galaxy Nexus Verizon release date, price revealed?

Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy Nexus information revealed? Maybe.

Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy Nexus is not yet available, and yes, there’s a possibility that the new Android smartphone is delayed due to “unknown reasons.”
According to a report posted by Droid Life, an ad campaign has revealed that the first Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone should have already been available in United States on Black Friday sporting the tag price of $199.99. See the leaked advertisement below this article.
Apparently, new rumors are claiming that the Galaxy Nexus (or Nexus Prime according to Best Buy) is delayed due to testing problems, and next rumored release date is on December 8, 2011. However, there’s also a rumor claiming that November 29 release date is possible. Take the new rumors with a grain of salt.
Aside from the release date, it is highly possible that the price of the Galaxy Nexus will change too, but if Verizon will still use the $199.99 tag price, then the device will transform into an Android smartphone “game changer.” In fact, the Galaxy Nexus may be the cheapest high-end LTE device of Verizon Wireless compared to the Droid Razr and the HTC Rezound with the $299.99 tag price.
It is worth noting that the $199.99 tag price requires 2 year contract agreement and additional smartphone data plan.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the first Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone, and the Verizon Galaxy Nexus (or Nexus Prime) is the first variant that will include the LTE or Long Term Evolution technology. For starters, the LTE is faster than the 3G or HSPA+ model (available in United Kingdom).
The Galaxy Nexus is also the first “Nexus” smartphone from Google that will include the top of the line high-definition screen (720p resolution) and also the first Nexus to include a dual-core CPU and LTE (in United States only).
Other features of the Galaxy nexus are: 1GB of RAM, 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD screen, 5-megapixel back facing digital camera with zero shutter lag, front-facing camera, Face Unlock (Ice Cream Sandwich), instant voice to text feature, thin profile (8.9 mm), and weighs 135g only.
Are you willing to wait?
