iPhone 5 also popular in YouTube

The Apple iPhone 5 doesn’t have an official release date yet, but it looks like this year is really the year of the “iPhone 5″ and not the iPhone 4S.
According to Google’s YouTube blog, the “iPhone 5 Concept Features” was the most-watched science/technology video this year and apparently, the iPhone 5 is also the most searched “smartphone” in Google — so it looks like Apple’s non-existent smartphone is more popular than this year’s iPhone, the 4S with SIRI and dual-core CPU.
AatmaStudio’s iPhone 5 concept video was uploaded in August, weeks before the official announcement of the iPhone 4S. The YouTube user said the video features an “Amazing Concept iPhone 5,” featuring the “iPhone 5 with sleeker design, a laser keyboard & holographic display.”
According to the video’s statistics, 14 million of viewers came from mobile devices, possibly from Android and Apple’s iOS, while 5 million viewers visited the video after searching “iPhone 5″ in YouTube.

Surprisingly, Google’s organic search also gave 1.2 million additional views.
Many viewers said in the comments that they watched the video because they’re waiting for the phone’s release date.
The iPhone 5, if the release date rumors are accurate, is set to arrive October next year following the iPhone 4S October launch. The mill is also suggesting that the iPhone 5 was the true “last masterpiece” of Apple’s late co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs.
