HTC Radar 4G (Windows Phone) to hit T-Mobile next month

iPhone-less carrier T-Mobile will offer a new Windows Phone device next month.

HTC Radar, the new Windows Phone device from HTC, will land in US courtesy of T-Mobile on November 2, the wireless carrier has confirmed in a Facebook post.
The new HTC Radar, with the white flavor, will sport the tag price of $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with 2-year contract agreement. It is also worth noting that T-Mobile rebrands the HTC Radar, to include the “4G” tag courtesy of the carrier’s HSPA+ network.
The HTC Radar comes with Windows Phone Mango operating system out of the box, and the phone is powered by 1GHz Snapdragon CPU. The phone is sporting a conventional 3.7-inch display with 480 x 800 resolution. The phone can also shoot HD photos and videos courtesy of the phone’s 5-megapixel camera primary camera, alongside the front-facing VGA camera for video chat applications. According to HTC’s press release, the HTC Radar 4G is equipped with 512MB of RAM.
Can this phone compete against other T-Mobile devices like the Samsung Galaxy S II, or the HTC Amaze 4G with Android?
